The nation’s leading exterior home remodeler continues market expansion, opens its 19th U.S. location and fourth office in Texas 

CHESTER, Pa., June 21, 2023 — Power Home Remodeling (“Power”), the nation’s largest full- service exterior home remodeler, today announced it has opened new office space in San Antonio, Texas. The company has signed a 29,490 square foot lease at 1355 Central Parkway South, with 10,500 square feet to be used for warehouse space.This marks the company’s fourth location in the Lone Star state, with established offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. 

Power’s suite of exterior products and personalized services for homeowners in this region will begin with windows, roofing, attic insulation, and solar panel offerings. The newest solar product line comes to the San Antonio market timed alongside the 10-year, 30% government- issued Solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC). 

Kirk Chapman, Vice President of Customer Development; Royce Duncan, Vice President of Sales; and Keven Uzun, Vice President of Project Services, will lead the office. Power is actively looking for installation partners to join the team, and will be hiring for additional in-field roles in the near future.
