POWER’s Award Shelf Gets Heavier in 2024 with Milestone Year
It’s hard to believe that POWER has surpassed our 2023 record-breaking year, earning a total of 24 awards this 2024. But when high standards come standard, people take notice.
As a service organization, we’re not solely focused on providing a best-in-class experience for our customers. We approach everything we do with that service mindset, from building the best place to work for employees, to how we give back to our communities. While we’re proud to be recognized for these efforts, we’re inspired to keep going.

We started the year off strong with an exciting win — a return to the revered Glassdoor Best Places to Work list, which is based solely on positive employee reviews. This year marked our seventh year earning a spot.

This is the seventh time POWER earns one of the most prestigious workplace accolades, AND we scored the #14 spot — maintaining a position in the coveted top 15.

That’s what has earned us on almost every top veteran employer list. The list that evaluates the largest remodeling firms ranks POWER at #4 overall, and names it the largest full-service remodeler.

Earning the #3 spot on the construction industry list, POWER is recognized for our expansive growth, excellent customer service, and commitment to serving our communities.
2024 Muse Creative Awards
POWER takes home the Platinum award (the highest honor) in the Corporate Events category for our annual Quest Music Festival for the second consecutive year.

BizBash’s 2024 40 Under 40
As you can gather, POWER events are anything but average. That’s because our Vice President of People Experience and resident experiential expert, Chelsea Sullivan, is at the helm. We’re so proud that the outside world is finally recognizing her talents that inspire us every day.
Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards, Class of 2024
POWER has no shortage of innovative and visionary leaders. Chief Brand Officer, Kerry McGovern, has led an award-winning Brand Refresh, transformed organizational structure for the company’s Brand division, and is helping to build a brand as big as our business. We celebrate her and this well-deserved recognition.
Philadelphia Business Journal’s Corporate Leadership Awards 2024
Each year, the Business Journal recognizes outstanding executives and business leaders — and POWER’s Chief Operations Officer, Tim Wenhold, makes this year’s class. Under Tim’s leadership, technology has been integrated into POWER’s cultural fabric, creating a true digital identity across the entire company. He has proven that technology is an investment and accelerator to a business, not an expense.
Muse Creative Awards for Brand Refresh
In 2024, POWER went through an exciting Brand Refresh with the vision and support creative agency, MONO. The transformation earned POWER a gold Muse in the “Strategic Program — Branding Refresh” category.
