Company Raleigh-Durham, Meet POWER Home Remodeling

Get Ready, Raleigh-Durham: POWER Expands Into Its Newest North Carolina Territory

Power Home Remodeling is officially expanding into Raleigh-Durham, bringing its full suite of exterior home remodeling services to homeowners throughout the Triangle.

As POWER’s 27th territory nationwide and second in North Carolina, the Raleigh-Durham expansion marks another step in the company’s continued growth across the country. Operating alongside its sister territory in Charlotte, the new Raleigh-Durham team will serve local homeowners with energy-efficient exterior upgrades designed to improve comfort, durability, and long-term home value.

Why Raleigh-Durham?

For many homeowners in the Triangle, now is an important time to think about the exterior health of their homes. With many single-family homes in the Raleigh-Durham area averaging around 25 years in age, homeowners may be reaching the point where larger exterior upgrades become a priority.

“There’s tremendous opportunity in the RLD market, as many single-family homes in the area are now averaging 25 years in age, making now an ideal time for homeowners to invest in long-lasting, energy-efficient exterior upgrades,” said Tim Wenhold, POWER’s Chief Operating Officer.

POWER’s Raleigh-Durham territory will offer homeowners access to a full line of premium, energy-efficient products and installation services, including:

All POWER offerings and products come with industry-leading warranties, providing peace of mind and accountability during your homeownership and even after sale.

Building More Than a New Territory

For the team leading the Raleigh-Durham expansion, opening a new territory means more than entering a new market–the territory leaders want POWER to become part of the community.

Kelsey Kluenser Argudo, Vice President of Delivery for the Raleigh-Durham territory, said the move already feels personal for the employees relocating to North Carolina.

“The originals moving are so much more than a piece of expansion–they’re going to set roots down and grow,” Argudo shared. “People are literally moving here and starting families–that is a huge impact.”

Before the territory officially opened, POWER employees relocating to Raleigh-Durham–along with their loved ones–participated in a Discovery Weekend volunteer event with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake & Johnston Counties. The team spent time with local youth, helped refresh outdoor spaces, and supported the organization through a $25,000 capacity-building grant.

“What makes this partnership with the Boys & Girls Club especially meaningful is that it gives employees choosing Raleigh as their new home the opportunity to begin building relationships, contributing to their community, and connecting with their neighbors before even officially moving there,” said Jim Myers, Director of Community Impact at POWER.

POWER’s Commitment to Homeowners Across the Triangle

POWER’s Raleigh-Durham territory will operate out of its new office and warehouse space in Morrisville, serving homeowners across the Triangle with the same commitment to care, craftsmanship, and service that has helped define the company nationwide.

In addition to Kelsey Argudo, the territory will be led by Scott Griffith, Vice President of Customer Development, and Cam Dale, Vice President of Sales.

As an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, #1 on the 2025 Fortune Best Companies in Construction list, and recognized on PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care list, POWER is proud to bring its homeowner-first approach to Raleigh-Durham.

Welcome to the Triangle, POWER.
