ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Horsham, PA

Power Home Remodeling is looking for an enthusiastic Legal Intern to join our Legal Department for the summer to help support our organization on how to use the law to advance business interests, protect our company’s rights, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide support on key legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft research memoranda.
  • Assist in drafting agreements and other legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a U.S. law student scheduled to graduate in 2025 or 2026.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great written and oral communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • First-rate interpersonal skills with clients, business partners, and colleagues alike.
  • Positive attitude, with a passion for learning and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • An interest in a wide range of legal subjects, including litigation, employment law, consumer law, and intellectual property law.
  • Proficient in English, both orally and in writing.
  • This is a fully in-office position at Power’s Headquarters located in Chester, PA.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, for eight weeks.
  • Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
