ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this employee is responsible the audits, compliance, and onboarding of PHRG installation partners. The Installation Partner Support Agent tracks and oversees initial and ongoing compliance requirements for installers, including reviewing and approving insurance documents and licensure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews and analyzes installer onboarding packets, evaluating what information is needed, and following up with additional parties as needed.
  • Ensures accuracy of Installers' Nitro profiles.
  • Ensures installer compliance of Motor Vehicle Records and Criminal Background Checks, and issues suspensions as necessary.
  • Maintains compliance of installers' files and licenses.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

The Installation Partner Support Agent must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with navigating web-based platforms such as social media sites and other search engines.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Installation Partner Support Agent works in an office setting. Some travel is required.
