User Experience Designer

As a UX designer, you’ll have a significant role in shaping impactful products while tackling challenging problems that make a real difference. Our small, talented design team ensures your contributions are meaningful, highly visible, and drive lasting value.

Qualifications:

  • MUST PROVIDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant design discipline, certification from a credible boot camp, or equivalent work experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing a strong track record of user-centered design, with experience creating impactful, elegant solutions for complex problems.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • A deep understanding of user problems to create elegant but practical solutions.
  • Nice to have: Experience with front-end development, Ruby on Rails, and/or React.js.
