ROLE DESCRIPTION

Revenue Recruiter

As a Revenue Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will directly contribute to our mission of headcount growth by ensuring the attraction and engagement of outstanding talent. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
  • Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in office full time
  • Must be driven by candidate satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Must have strong organizational, verbal, written and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferred
  • Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
  • 1-2 years professional experience

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus commission $90,000 - $100,000
