ROLE DESCRIPTION

Administrative Assistant

As a Administrative Assistant at Power, you'll play a crucial role in our organization's growth and expansion by providing top-tier administrative support and project coordination within the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. This role is designed for highly professional, organized individuals with exceptional multitasking abilities. You will be instrumental in driving Power's talent acquisition strategy, directly contributing to our mission of rapid expansion by ensuring the attraction and engagement of outstanding talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with department leadership to meet and exceed our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and streamline administrative processes within the Talent Acquisition Department.
  • Manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, aligning with departmental goals and timelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Talent Acquisition team and other departments, facilitating clear and timely communication.
  • Organize and maintain department data, including meeting preparation, developing agendas, presentations, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and report on department promotions, and company sponsored initiatives and events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements – transportation and accommodations.
  • Assisting in making accommodations for special needs applicants.
  • Maintain documentation of Recruitment policies, procedures, handbooks and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in office full time
  • Must be driven by employee and candidate satisfaction
  • Must have strong organizational, verbal, written and follow-up skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, independent worker, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and responsive
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information a must
  • 1-2 years administrative experience


Salary and Benefits:

  • $55,000 - $60,000
