Power Home Remodeling Co-CEOs Named Two of Glassdoor’s Top CEOs in 2018

Power Home Remodeling Co-CEOs Corey Schiller and Asher Raphael Named Two of the Glassdoor Top CEOs in 2018

Annual List Ranks Power Co-CEOs in Top Ten, Based on Anonymous Employee Reviews

Chester, Pa., June 19, 2018 — Power Home Remodeling, the nation’s largest full-service exterior home remodeling company, proudly announced that Co-Chief Executive Officers and Partners, Corey Schiller and Asher Raphael, have been named to the Glassdoor Top CEO list for the fourth consecutive year. Schiller and Raphael ranked sixth in the annual report, which recognizes the top CEOs in the United States and Europe based on anonymous and voluntary employee reviews shared on Glassdoor throughout the year. Additionally, the duo received a near perfect 98 percent employee approval rating, nearly 30 percent above the national average.

“This recognition is a particularly special one for us, as the rankings are based off of our employees’ reviews,” said Schiller. “The enthusiasm and passion our employees feel for the company and our culture amaze me each and every day, and it’s an honor to know that Asher and I have played a role in helping to make this a rewarding career for them.” Raphael added, “While this ranking on a national level is a wonderful milestone, it doesn’t change a thing about how Corey and I operate. We’ll wake up tomorrow and do what we’ve always done: listen to our employees about what is and isn’t working, what their aspirations are, what they want out of this organization, and what they want out of their careers. We will always follow their lead.”

CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which measures current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, work environment, and office culture.

“Winning a Glassdoor Top CEO award is a true acknowledgement of exceptional leadership, as it reflects the opinions of the employees who work with a chief executive every day. I congratulate all of this year’s winners on this significant achievement,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO. “The best CEOs are inspiring, trustworthy, innovative and can be great motivators for people to bring their best selves to work.”

Among the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 69 percent. When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management. As part of these ratings, employees are also asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove or are neutral about the job their CEO is doing, which drives the list’s ranking system.
