POWER HOME REMODELING ANNOUNCES TWO NEW VICE PRESIDENTS

Exterior Home Remodeler Appoints Leigh McNeal and Brandon Washington as the Newest Vice Presidents in the Leadership Community

CHESTER, Pa. January 27, 2020 —  Power Home Remodeling (Power), the nation’s largest full-service exterior home remodeling company, announced two key appointments in its Vice President community following their annual Vision Conference. Leigh McNeal has been promoted to the first ever vice president of business affairs and Brandon Washington has been promoted to vice president of customer development in the Chicago territory.

“With Leigh’s leadership and commitment to excellence, the Business Affairs department has become an integral part of Power’s engine. She truly embodies everything great about Power and is the perfect person to continue to lead and develop this department,” said Power co-CEO Asher Raphael. “Brandon has shown relentless commitment to becoming the best of the best at Power. I have no doubt he will bring this same mindset into his new role leading Chicago’s customer development team.”

Starting her career at Power in 2013, Leigh McNeal worked as an entry-level office manager in the Atlanta office alongside the sales and customer development teams. After two years in that role, she created a new position for herself — senior office manager. As the company continued to grow, Leigh was then promoted to Director of Office Management taking on more responsibility and overseeing more office managers across Power’s territories. The department transitioned to business affairs managers in 2019 and Leigh continued to excel within this leadership role. Now, as the first ever vice president of business affairs, Leigh manages 34 business affairs managers and senior managers across Power’s 16 territories.

In 2015, Brandon Washington joined the Power Chicago office in the sales department as a remodeling consultant. He excelled in this role and grew rapidly through the ranks becoming a team leader, mentor and senior mentor in less than three years. During his time in sales, Brandon became a two-time award winning representative. With a need to fill a leadership role in the Customer Development department, Brandon transitioned to the Director of Customer Development, where he led a new team to success. Because of his continued perseverance and dedication, Brandon will take on a new role as the vice president of customer development in Chicago.
