Nation’s largest exterior home remodeler expands legal department to support rapid growth
CHESTER, Pa. — May 4, 2021 — Power Home Remodeling (Power), the nation’s largest full-service exterior home remodeling company with an award-winning culture, today announced the growth of their legal department with the hire of Daivy Pierre Dambreville, Esq. as Senior counsel of employment law.
In this role, Dambreville is responsible for all legal matters across the company pertaining to employment law including evaluating and mitigating risk for the organization, managing employment-related litigation, and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership and human resources. He will also play a vital role in supporting Power’s continued diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Dambreville reports to Power’s general counsel, Jennifer McGlinn.

With more than seven years of experience in litigation and employment counseling, Dambreville most recently served as a labor & employment associate for a national law firm, where he assisted clients on a broad range of legal and employment matters. He was recently named to Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch,” and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars.”
Prior to that, he served as an employment litigation associate for national and regional law firms and has been recognized on the National Black Lawyers’ list of “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys in 2015.
