Power Home Remodeling Promotes Regional Leaders to Senior and Regional Vice President Roles

Six appointments across key territories build on company’s aggressive plans for growth and national expansion

PHILADELPHIA, January 30, 2019 — Power Home Remodeling (Power), the nation’s largest full service exterior home remodeling company, today announced that five of its regional vice presidents have been promoted to the role of senior vice president. As a result, a new regional vice president has also been named in the company’s Massachusetts office.

Mick Lynch, previously regional vice president of installations in Massachusetts, will eventually relocate to Power’s corporate headquarters in Chester, PA. Filling his role in the northeast is the new regional vice president of installations Justin Angelo.

In New York, Michael Balush and Kyle Barring have been named senior vice presidents of marketing and sales respectively. Michael DiMartino is now a senior vice president of installations in New Jersey and Daniel Price is senior vice president of installations in Florida. Altogether, the six executives have served more than five decades with Power Home Remodeling.

“What’s remarkable about this group of individuals is that most of them have spent nearly ten years or more with the company,” said Power co-CEO Asher Raphael. “In that time we’ve grown tremendously as an organization, not just in size and geographic spread, but in our ability to help our team develop fulfilling careers. Each have been instrumental in our company’s growth story, driving office expansion and the launch of new services. Their leadership is what enables us to be successful well into the future.”

Reporting to Rob Borislow, Mick Lynch will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the installation process across Power’s 14 territories nationwide. He joined the company in 2010 as a remodeling consultant before being promoted to a series of project management positions. Since 2013 he has served as regional vice president of operations, bringing in-depth knowledge of exterior home remodeling services and installations to his team and Power customers.

Justin Angelo, previously a project manager, joined the company first as an installation partner. He was hired for an internal position in 2015 and has held a variety of roles in the years since. Angelo brings a wealth of firsthand installation experience to his new regional vice president role in the company’s Massachusetts office.

Michael Balush, a Philadelphia native, was previously regional vice president of marketing in Power’s New York office. Prior to that, he was director of sales and instrumental in growing Power’s presence in northern New Jersey. In his new role, Balush will continue to work alongside Kyle Barring, previously the regional vice president of sales in New York. Barring originally joined Power as a remodeling consultant in 2009 and in less than a year had become both a mentor and $1 million sales representative.

Michael DiMartino, also a Philadelphia native, joined Power in 2007 as a project manager. As a regional director and regional vice president of installations, he helped open Power’s first satellite territory in New Jersey and launch the company’s roofing products and services.

Daniel Price began his career with Power in 2009 as a window installer in the New Jersey office. He climbed the ranks to project manager and regional vice president positions, working several years in Chicago before moving to Florida in 2017 to open Power’s office in Tampa.
