Press Release Power Home Remodeling Ranks No. 13 on the  2023 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list

The home remodeler achieves highest list ranking, showcasing a best-in-class company culture

CHESTER, PA — April 4, 2023 — Power Home Remodeling (“Power”), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler, has been honored as a 2023 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine, which marks it’s highest ranking to date and sixth year on the coveted list. Landing at #13, Power rose a staggering 57 spots from its last ranking, establishing itself as one of the top 15 companies to work for in the country.

Earning a top 15 spot on the list means Power surpassed rigorous benchmarks. Based on analysis of survey responses from more than 3,000 current employees across the country, 96% said that Power is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The company scored high across camaraderie, fair treatment, and leadership behavior — a reflection of their people-first mission.

“Building a great place to work has always been the driving force behind our organization. We’ve focused our efforts on creating a workplace built on trust, camaraderie, and growth. But we don’t shy away from hard work. Award-winning culture isn’t about ping pong tables and free snacks. It’s about doing hard things with great people.”

Power’s co-CEO, Asher Raphael

Power takes a holistic approach when it comes to taking care of their employees. The home remodeling company provides a multitude of benefits and perks that support health and wellness needs, financial independence, personal fulfillment, and more. Some standouts include:

“It’s in times like these that the best workplaces separate themselves. In a challenging economy, many companies reduce investments in their people and scale back goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion. But these companies, the 100 Best, relentlessly pursue a better work experience for every employee, and if anything, double down on the employee experience regardless of title, tenure, gender, or ethnicity. These companies know this is how you increase performance, productivity, and your innovation velocity when your firm needs it the most.”

CEO of Great Place to Work, Michael C. Bush

In previous years, Power has also been recognized on lists such as Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ and Great Place To Work’s Best Workplaces for Parents™.
