Power Home Remodeling Expands into Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas
The nation’s leading exterior home remodeler continues market expansion,
opens its 20th and 21st U.S. locations
CHESTER, PA — May 23, 2024 — Power Home Remodeling (“POWER”), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler, and the Fortune #14 Best Company to Work For has expanded into Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada. This marks the company’s 20th and 21st office locations in the U.S.
Fort Lauderdale is POWER’s second location in the Sunshine State, following the company’s 2017 launch in Tampa. POWER has signed a 34,203 square-foot lease in Sawgrass Technology Park at 1637 NW 136th Avenue, which is outfitted with a warehouse space occupying 10,050 square feet. Homeowners in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties can expect product offerings such as impact windows and hurricane resistant roofing systems.
Greg Wilson, Vice President of Customer Development; KC Kyle, Vice President of Sales; and Trevor Perryman, Vice President of Installation Services will lead the Fort Lauderdale office. Those servicing homeowners in Fort Lauderdale have trained under POWER’s Tampa staff, who’ve spent the last six years studying the many unique aspects of the Florida market and refining POWER’s processes to better serve the local community.
The opening of POWER’s 21st office in Las Vegas marks the company’s furthest-west footprint in the country. POWER has signed leases for both a main office space and warehouse space, collectively occupying just over 45,000 square feet. They are respectively located at 8912 Spanish Ridge Drive and 5365 S. Riley Street. The exterior remodeler is currently servicing homeowners in Clark county, with future plans to expand into additional surrounding areas. Products include windows, doors, roofing, and solar panel offerings that boast a sleek, low-profile appearance.
Jesse Asch, Vice President of Customer Development; Michael Nakashian, Vice President of Sales; and Michael Turner, Vice President of Project Services will lead the Las Vegas office.
“POWER has been investing in homegrown leadership development for the last two decades,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “This early, ongoing investment in our people has prepared us to continue expanding with leaders uniquely qualified to bring a new level of service and commitment to communities across the country.”
The Las Vegas office space is also outfitted to host future Dan Price Craftsmanship Academies, POWER’s proprietary training program. The program will help to address the trade skills gap and create more career opportunities by training employees to become installers — both improving services for customers and helping to fill often vacated construction roles with skilled talent.
POWER’s reputation as one of the most trusted home remodeling companies in the country spans over 30 years and one million lifetime customers. As an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, #1 on the 2023 Fortune Best Companies in Construction, #14 on the 2024 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, and a PEOPLE Magazine Company That Cares, POWER is setting a new standard for how companies behave.
POWER’s robust expansion model includes opening one-to-two new offices in major U.S. cities each year to support the company’s rapid growth. For those looking for a fulfilling career opportunity, visit powerhrg.com/careers/ to view open positions across POWER’s 20+ territories nationwide.
